How to freeze your memory into single cool thing, creating personification of your own, in mysterious almost shady look? Photograph. No...not something i'd published here (Sony Ericsson P990i, 2 M pixels, Auto Focus, F2.8 5.5mm), more backward, not overly classic, the amazing stillness of photographic negative film. Mine here that i snap with my beloved cell-cam, came from the mighty Kodak, it's a negative film of my kiddo photograph, just taken from our backyard. Beside the kiddo thing, there's some series of my family scene (unseen), which just recorded beautifully on the choco-maroonic glossy stripe, nice! I really like when the picture appeared with zombify effect under the sunlight. Strange but good. Just like memory in our brain; it's come and go, unclear, casts a shadow, almost absurd, but still attached on our thoughts.
What i try to say in this pic, it's a 'shooting gun' of my shadow memoir, the old rustic barrel key or tubular key is the 'gun' factor, i've forgot already what the key's purposes, suitcase? bicycle? completely forgot, i just grabbed from my Dad's key jar anyway. As for the hangman notes, it's a gift from my friend's trip (love you!!!), again, it's a part of my daydream project. More just geometrical-fake-illusion-wannabe project, no further intention at all. And just be honest, i'm still think that negative film is the greatest invention on photography world, yes, it's unpractical method, like, we must go to photo studio everytime we want to printed it. Don't forget, those film is very sensitive shit, it's breakable, and if it's happen, you're dead, your record just ended as ghostly history, sucks right? But somehow, i really missed that sucky moments. Unpractical is not horrible things in this world, just a practice of emotion, well...just like making architecture, the process was a joyful/torture moments that we never forget, wasn't it?
PS: High Ho! Let's shoot that brat right away! Don't be bashful, don't be grumpy, just be dopey, ALRIGHT!
