Red Hot Soldier Of My Heart

Red is Red,
and always be red.
Brave and Strong,
no matter the form was,
the Glare of Glory,
will be remain.

Not like some of my friends, i've never treat red colour as my favorite one, in fact, i think red is totally over the top, sugar-high personality, fire-up ego, and stuff. But, as the meaning of red itself, bravery, i found this red to be match some of my characteristic. Yup, the colour of Gryffindor, (red/gold combo) which happens to be class of chivalry, top-notch talents, and up-going/active people from HP, someone like me, if i'm not too sound like a jerk (this time). I'm not 100% red-gal i think, because i rather tend to be calm, quiet/peaceful person if i'm need to (depends of situation), but if i'm on my 'autistic', 'hyper-excited' mood, yes, i'll be proud to be called red-gal.

My stuff up there, not just represent red-gold glory moments, but also some of my favorites too. The tin-soldier (that i wished to be a nutcracker, but it's not!), is a memorabilia when i visited Singapore toys museum (MINT) on Seah street, almost three years ago. I love oldie mechanic toys, just twist the tin-key behind and he's walk, and play drum too, really eco-friendly i'll must say, despite the tin material, you don't need energy (battery/re-charge), just a simple efforts of finger-twist, cool. The other stuff, well...the name spelled itself. If i want instant calmer (in Nigella Lawson's voice), i just re-stock the double-chocolate macadamia cookies, the Famous Amos specialities of goodness. The cookies tin-case actually heart-shaped, so it's properly if i said "My dear soldier, the keeper of my heart" without too much gag-reflex from you, I HOPE!

Spare my soul in your shining swords,
as my blood will shed over,
my bravery will kept in my vein.
The greatness of fury,
never bury me down,
grave is not my place,
the golden field will take it's place
forever and ever.

Hybrid Agenda Of The Restless Souls

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Feels of staring
and flowed like a winds.
Shades of mystery,
caress the mourning and the lost.
Calling me by your whispers,
sheer neurotic split of mind.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

And you, yes you! My precious one,
i took your shoot my dear,
with my daring choice of device that no one
else believe.
Yes my arrogant cell-cam!
And to look at you my real angelic things, i present
my momentum;

A series of posse, not from mine,
but from great inspiration, regards!

A Cup Of My Thoughts Part 1

{pure green tea, taken from not so locally/originated, marche}

Kinda odd when i think about myself, i change. And i love it. Whether it's my personal choice, hobby, clothing, style, even life, it's amazing how my brain/synapses works. And how strange if someone don't want to change, at all. Just like some friends of mine; one of them afraid to be stand by herself so she let her being led by power of pack, being controlled, not by friendly approach. And some of them found themselves comfort, maybe too much, by stick to the same group, years by years, kindergarten 'till senior-hi, and the worst case was they created what i always called 'evil'-circle phenomenon.

Okay...'evil'-circle. First, is not paganized spiritual propaganda to made fear of bunch of us, it's sort of phenomenon in my own head. Just imagine this; 1 player/shadow leader, 4-5-else? ex-s in the same 'friendship' mood, 7-8 jokey, and another type of cheerios, equal, yup a one whole damn circle. It happens a long time and made me never forgot that kind of "Big Love" compound scenes, yeah...just yuck! So...if change is wrong thing to do, stuck in that 'evil'-circle situation is ten thousands worst, especially for a spectators (one of them, like me).

As spectator, i spend my teen-on-the-hi-school days on mesmerizing. Watching some over-dramatize plot and force to devour it. Sorrow? Sadness? No. I've seen perfectly, my eyes goes bright, methaporically. How religious those 'evil'-circle kids so with their 'love' preach they torture one weakling who already lost her dad, or just because someone cannot mingle like their up-standard so they can easily dumped them out of school. Bully? Of course not. New Bully On The Block? Oh yeah...don't forget to add some angelic-oh-so-cute face one, and spread-some-love-preach, now you get it. And FYI those 'evil'-circle kids are the proud p&w chapel member, how appropriate.

So about change thing, it's good to be changeable, if you know what you deal with it. It's all about taking control of yourself, not by others. And also don't forget that you believe in G-d, that means you have to not screwed yourself easily, because we're not pathetic creature. Use your brain, heart, and others functionally, it helps you everything, yup...be perfectly clean and 'clean'.

Slurping On Dissolutes Prairie

i'm not that late brit-murphy ramen girl,
but i'm feeling kitschy about the big
bowl of goodness slurp as background.

I wonder if the big bowl of goodness slurp
will make a perfect touch as phoenix-tail-prop.
I'll be satisfy as some of Moulin Rouge gal if that
sort attachment happens though.

As for ramen, despite the kikkoman overload,
miso laden, and thinly sliced beef, i love the 'lightness'
of the broth, truly. Again, japanese really know
how to market their food strategically. I wonder
if we can promote our "Bakmie Godhog khas Jogja", or
should i say, Jogjakarta, Central Javanese style
chicken noodle with duck-egg-and-garlic broth,
i bet we'll win the noodle war, i guess.

As for my clothing thrifts; prairie.on.navy dress from
ITC Mangga Dua, greywolf legging, Singapore
Botanic Gardens eco-bag, b/w stripe skinny belt,
and Giordano Ladies maroon-quilt ballet flats.

Location, Ramen 38 "Sanpachi", Pondok Indah, Jakarta.

Well...who said that food and fashion cannot make it
together, it's two of most essentials livings.
Just don't make me start a architecture + fashion
combo though, that would be epically gore-ish, PERHAPS!

Mellow Mateys Madness

Lovely Ahoy!

Hola matey!
Why the long faces?
You're not Capt. Jack Sparrow,
but better.
You're Capt. Rocky da Bear
You're not mischievous
as your contender.
You're much mellow than i've
expected.
Why you're so sad Capt.?
Is it because the "Batik" bandanna you wear?
Or because the scratch
on your perky nose?
Pardon moi.

Boring Time...

Marshall Jazzy l'Raisin at your command, Sir!
Fuh!
zzz...zzz...zzz
Fuh!
Seems he's bored or drowsy or something
, but nevermind him.
Maybe he's just tired chasing all those pirates.
Or just the mellow capt. made him
like that.
Mellow viruses is it?
Well...i bet!
Oh...i think he's just a snooty
looking Marshall, maybe i'm wrong.
Fuh!
zzz...zzz...zzz
Fuh!

Architecture Of Independece : Pain, Ignorance, And Pride

So yesterday, as we speak, the ultimate 17 wasn't just a something that counts, for my country is a history, great history, it's our independence. After 350 years + another 3,5 years of agony, torture, and suffer, it might be great that we've finally received an independence on 17.8.1945, right after the WW2 (hiroshima-nagasaki mega-bomb point). Maybe i'm too young to understand that (or to lazy to get myself a history book), history is important though; to know your real enemy in truth, to know exactly what country you really live in it, to know the grand-daddy of the cardinal-sin scheme, yeah...we must learn all of that.

I'm not gonna go nationalism-crazed right now, because the fact, my country cannot be something that i really joy-to-talk about. And...don't make me start about our politicians/govs agenda here, oh-my! I'm afraid that i'll be jerk around them, as i always says about my country these days as ripped-off-artist-ass-licker country, and i don't want to talk about the ripped-off artist part anyway...err...cheesy...emotional rage, right. But i want to share about something i really know and dealt with in these past years; architecture...in the heart and soul of the city itself, Jakarta.

Right, when all the power nation racing against each other to make themselves super-designed country/city, ours still struggle to keep waste disposes correctly. Our neighbor such; Singapore and Malaysia already stood their feet into urban-design wonders, sustainable city, green-movement and stuffs, and Jakarta as our home-state still far enough to compete those straight-A goodies. I always belief that Indonesia is much more nature/art/cuisine country than urban/modern/tech one, we must be proud for our self that we made our own unique and much real culture. But, as an architect who sees further to another country goals, this is desperate than ever.

As i took the snap-shot from Jakarta main city point it's always interesting, and also ironic. We just love our retro architecture with all straight line and vivid color, i've always want to discover more 'junk-from-the-past' that made this city looks like a mosaic of memories.

THIS IS NOT THAT FREAKKIN TOKYO OK?! Yeah...but we do appreciate small spaces just like those androids did, even better, and i bet Tokyo doesn't have the ever-loved durian stall right on the street, they only praised their own sweet red ichigo on-the-counter, the heck! Strawberries never ever be cute, OKAY??? They're just sour-patch fruit, even you guys try so hard to make the sweet-hybrid one, still SOUR, AND NOT CUTE FOR PETE SAKE, GOSH! And who says that we need good library with comfy couch to read, nah, the ice-tea box can do just well.

 Do we still need a fence as our protector? Oh hell yes, especially when you reside in your most high-crimes neighborhood, fence-free clustered home everyone? No sir. Yes, we have the over-advertised-so-called-cluster-housings, but our society who live under uncertain safety like Jakarta (1998's horror, political-rad) have some of 'trauma' awareness, so that's why fence really matters here, lack issue of trust even with your own neighbor (and family feud). MRT/SUBWAY/TRAM we don't have...okay we have our busway, but it's sucks, believe me, but "bajaj" like the up-shot there was perfect choice if you want a ethnically feels on your transportation, well if you can tolerate the over-buzz-diesel-noise that almost make you deaf, you'll be just fine.

Let the red-white sephia-nized of our flag waving with it's pride. Yes, it's on the fence again, as i thought, architecture can be a awesome defence stuff for our country, metaphorically. Clustered of stocks represented the sound of empty stomach back when the pre-independence time, the dutch/japan regime was a true form of evil, and change the concept of architecture in the country forever. As we have a growing pains, we ignore the world fast movement, 'cause our people still need to fed rather than to 'live'. Chaotic is our urban design, and we don't need the architect-slash-preacher to tell them what to do. Some of those loser will called us as taking-for-granted people, as we love to waste our really wide and big space (suck that Tokyo!), we ripped the trace of land with nonsense everyday, but why not? Even the govs did that, capitalist wHOREshipper, so as architect what we'll do then, keep 'preaching' or just do the viva-la-vida rebellions act? The answer rely on each of us, so there; Happy Independence my beloved country, Indonesia!

Addiction Allert : Lust And Gluttony Part 1

After several prides of mine, it's time to resurface my own paradise, the earliest one. I know that some of you will think lust as a'lusty', personally i found the word lust just to be fiery enough. But, it doesn't always to be like that, lust somehow was just a comfort (plus bio-organ), and not so 'down-there' only. In my country, lust can be irritating/taboo to begin with; why? Porn (degrading), Horror-Porn (lame and cheesy), Ripped-Of-Artist Porn (give-me-a-break dumb fest), yeah that holy grail concept, thanks for that a something called lust never ever achieved a redemption here. Maybe because our nation reputation that so 'religious', our people (esp. the lack-knowledge) eyes won't be popped-out.

Okay, L.U.S.T vers.1 of mine;

Okay...definitely not the text book, are you kidding me?
All my teacher will be like: "Oh...Really?"
Cotton buds; yeah orgasm-to-my-ears, don't get me wrong here,
okay? I loved these since childhood. And for now, i can rubbed
these to my earlobe three times a day (or more).
I've the most clean earlobes i guess, there's no
wacky earwax you'll find, i promise!
Feels like when you scratch your most longing itch, it's total
comfort. This is better than every danger average
addiction, just made your ears clean and fresh. I can re-stock these for weeks, cannot imagine if it's out of stock, miserable.

Then, here goes the G.L.U.T.T.O.N.Y part;

Okay...i love the suggah'n'butta-crusted-bread, usually with
the choco-chip as filling, this is the way to make-my-day breakfast, with accent of latte. Don't made the 'home-made'
logo fools you though, because i believe this is
more like home-factory rather than home-artisan bread. The taste
yum of course! I found it very tasty as gives me the instant
carb-itamine and comfort too.

{Err...don't forget to spot the 'Home Alone' shtick, it's quite fun!}

PS: Right..., this is not-so-final of my kitschy moment, well, this blog was made from addictions, BTW!
